The West Clermont Youth Basketball Association will follow the below refund policy:
- All refunds must be requested by emailing support@wcyba.org. Any requests not sent to this address will not be honored
- Full refunds will be approved up to 90 days from the date of registration provided rosters have not been released.
- At the time that rosters are released:
- a 50% refund will be provided if still within the 90 day period
- if after 90 days from registration, refunds will not be processed unless injury has occurred that prevents the athlete from participation in the program for an entire season**
- At the time that rosters are released:
**In the case of an injury, parents must provide the West Clermont Youth Basketball President with a note from their child’s doctor stating the date of the injury and that the child is physically unable to play the sport of basketball during the current season in order for refund to be approved.
