West Clermont Youth Basketball Association will have two athletic teams (one for girls and one for boys) at each of the following grade levels:  4th, 5th, and 6th. Based on the number and talent of the players who try out for an athletic team at a particular grade level, the Board of Directors may determine to add an additional athletic team at that grade level. 

To ensure fair and organized team placement, all players, whether participating in recreational or athletic programs, will be assigned to teams based on the grade level they are enrolled in at the beginning of the season, specifically, the grade they are in when the first game is played. The West Clermont Youth Basketball Association strongly prefers to keep team sizes to a maximum of 10 players. This approach is designed to provide each player with ample opportunities for game time and individual attention during practices and games. Additionally, smaller team sizes contribute to a more manageable and efficient coaching experience.
