Refunds will only be approved if:

•         Your child decides not to play during the current season open enrollment period.
•         Your child is on a waitlist and cannot be placed on a team.
•         Your child suffers an injury prior to the first practice.

o   In the case of an injury, parents must provide the West Clermont Youth Basketball President with a note from their child’s doctor stating the date of the injury and that the child is physically unable to play the sport of basketball during the current season.
